When you think of trauma you might think of people who have suffered great life tragedies, but did you know that EVERY person has or will experience some form of trauma? Trauma is so individual. Your experiences and the way that your body reacts to them should not be compared to anyone else's. In this episode we first define what trauma is, then we discuss different ways that trauma affects our bodies and minds.
