Confidence is a skill. Our human nature makes it so easy for us to let life experiences chip away at any confidence we've built. We often focus on the negative and put ourselves down to a level we would never let our friends sink to. Ceri Payne is speaking with us today about some really practical ways that we can practice confidence.
