We are what we repeatedly do. Habits are things that we regularly do, that take little effort because we've done then repeatedly and it would be weird if we didn't do them. Think about your nightly routine...the basics: brush your teeth, wash your face, go to the bathroom, maybe say your prayers, pjs, and get in bed.
