We have an extremely important topic today being covered by one of our favorite guests...Tony Overbay! Tony Overbay has dedicated so much of his career in researching and helping individuals recover from pornography use. The subject of pornography used to be a subject that so many avoided, but like so many things that are the most important but a little intimidating to discuss, pornography is not a topic that should be avoided. So lets be brave and talk about it! The more we know and understand the risks, resolutions, and tools for this problem that is not going away, the more we can do about it. Join us as we learn all about Tony's shame free, hope filled approach to a more fulfilling and positive life! This is for EVERYONE!

The loss of a parent is an experience that most of us cannot imagine. We were so blessed when an incredible teen named Sam Johnson reached out to share his story of growing up with a mother who was diagnosed with M.S. before he was born, was physically impaired for most of his life, and passed away this last year. We were blown away with the positivity and perspective that Sam clearly learned from his mother who lived a beautiful and full life. Sam found so many life lessons from his mother, his family, and friends as he went through an unthinkable life challenge in his young life. As we listened to his story it just drove home how our attitude and our gratitude is so important as we journey through this life.
In loving memory of Alice Anne Warner Johnson

Thursday Apr 09, 2020
A few months ago Tawni felt a strong need to study and learn about meditation. She had no idea where this came from but it eventually led her to a Christian Meditation created by Brooke Snow. Tawni and Erica have been taking this course together and have learned that it has been such a powerful tool to connect with yourself, God, and to allow prayer to be more meaningful and intentional. We crossed our fingers and asked Brooke if she might be willing to come share with our listeners some of the most important things we had learned and are beyond grateful to have her as a guest. Brooke shares 3 simple principles of meditation to improve your connection to God, that will have a huge impact on your experience.

4 Areas: Physical
Thursday Mar 19, 2020
Thursday Mar 19, 2020
Today we are focusing on the Physical aspect of our serious of 4 Areas to Improve Your Personal Growth. As we researched and discussed the physical category we were struck by how incredibly important it really is. In fact, when we neglect our bodies all the 3 other areas (spiritual, social, intellectual) do not work as well. In this episode we will discuss how important it is to recognize the gift, beauty, and wonder that our bodies are. Our bodies are the vessel, that allows us to have our individual, incredible life experiences. We talk about what an amazing instrument our bodies are and how lucky we are to have them while we fulfil our life’s mission here on this earth. You’re body is not meant to be your masterpiece- your life is! We hope that through listening to this episode you will find a deep and profound appreciation for your body and that you will in turn discover different goals and ideas to support your resolve to take care of the physical aspects of your life.
